Lowe's has always been a great place to shop, but my last two experiences went beyond great. Helpful, friendly and ready to do whatever it takes to help made shopping there a pleasure. It doesn't get much better than that.

We purchased a $4200 zero turn lawn mower. 35 days later it's leaking oil. After several calls and speaking to several different managers and people with the warranty dept 2 weeks later still waiting to get this resolved. Finally a third party person called at 11:00 pm to try to resolve issue. It has been another two weeks and still waiting. Finally got call that it would be sent to shop in Chatham. We have to pay for pick up and delivery. This has been a total nightmare and I will never buy from Lowe's again. Finally find out it wasn't put together right and that's why it was leaking oil. I will never suggest Lowe's to anyone.

I ordered a washer for pick up but the app wouldn’t let me check in. I finally got thru AI and was able to speak with an associate. She was very apologetic and promised my order would be right out. Moments later, my washer was brought out and loaded for us! Shout out to Austin and Selene for excellent customer service!

If you are buying appliances Beware. I brought a refrigerator, stove and 2 toilets. I waited 9 days for them to deliver them and waited hours and then the delivery driver calls me wanted to reschedule because it would be dark by the time he got to my house. I said if it can be soon, he said tomorrow and I said yes in the afternoon because I have a appointment in the morning. And then he said to call lowes to reschedule. Well that was a joke. Automated lady. So I finally got someone in appliances and he said he couldn't change the date because it was out for delivery. So then he supposedly sent my call to another person that could change it and I only had a Automated lady asking my a question that I answered probably 20 times putting in a number and not getting anywhere. So I hung up and called again for customer service after I recalled the driver and that is what he told me to do. So customer service lady couldn't do it because it was out for delivery and then I talked to a manger and she said I couldn't get it delivered tomorrow it would be Saturday. Unless I would have called at 3:00. The driver didn't call me till 4 something. So, i said I want a refund and I will come in today

I’m kicking myself for not getting their names but the young lady in paint and the gentleman in flooring. The girl in paint was very knowledgeable and kind. All we needed was just a quart of black paint for my son’s room and we needed to match a small piece from it. She knew what sheen it was as I had no clue and thankfully she was able to figure it out. The gentleman in flooring unfortunately was not able to get us the carpet that we originally came for but we switched because we aren’t picky. Just needed a gray color. Because we didn’t leave with what we intended, he did discount it for us. My husband and I appreciate it greatly. He wore a veterans Lowe’s vest, it was camo color and had short salt and pepper hair. We will be back for sure because of them. Please recognize them if it’s figured out! Good help is hard to find!
